Screenshot files

Flowsill Shot reads screenshots in the folder you authorize on your Mac. It does not upload screenshot contents, or move, rename, or delete your original files. Files saved only to the clipboard do not appear in the shelf.

Local preferences

The app stores preferences on your Mac, including folder access permission, the selected folder path, shelf position, onboarding status, and your analytics preference. Full History shows screenshot files that still exist in your selected folder; it is not cloud storage or a backup.

Anonymous usage analytics

The current app uses TelemetryDeck for anonymous usage analytics, enabled by default. You can turn this off in Settings. Events describe actions such as opening the app, browsing history, dragging, copying, previewing, and purchase activity. The app does not include screenshot contents, file names, or folder paths in these events.

TelemetryDeck may also process technical metadata under its own practices. Read the TelemetryDeck privacy policy for details.

Purchases

When available, Full History is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple through the Mac App Store. Flowsill Shot checks purchase entitlement using StoreKit and caches the unlock status locally. Payment card details are handled by Apple, not this website. See Apple’s privacy policy.

This website

This website uses Google Analytics when analytics is enabled for the deployment. It records page visits and interactions with links, buttons, and FAQ controls, along with technical information such as device and browser data. It does not send screenshot contents, file names, folder paths, or form entries. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to provide these measurements. Read Google’s privacy policy for details.

The website does not include advertising, payment forms, or a mailing list. The hosting provider may process request information to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare’s practices are described in its privacy policy.

Questions

For product and privacy questions, use the developer contact information on the App Store listing once it is available. The app has not yet launched on the Mac App Store.
